HOW CAN WE HELP?
Support Coordination
We help you to understand and use you NDIS plan to pursue your goals
Connect you with services including NDIS providers, community, mainstream and other government services
Assist to optimise your plan to make sure that you are getting the most out of your federal government funded supports suited to your needs.
Keep oversight of your NDIS budget
Provide outcomes reports to National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA)
Help you to prepare for NDIS reviews
Core support is funding support to help with everyday living barriers that are caused by your disability,
Assistance with Daily Life
Help with daily personal activities like personal hygiene, showering and moving around the house.
Help with household tasks e.g., household cleaning for general maintenance purpose, shopping, cooking and food preparation
Consumables
daily-use assistive, personal care, or safety items related to your disability
Assistance with Social and Community Participation
support worker to transport you to and from an activity, participate actively or assist you in connecting with others
a mix of community and centre-based activities such as art classes, sports, camps, library visits, or day trips with mentoring or peer support to help you participate independently
Transport
This funding gives financial assistance for transportation if your disability prevents you from using public transportation, such as a bus or train
Assistive technology, equipments eg hearing aids and wheelchairs
Home modifications or vehicle modifications eg wheelchair ramps, modifications to bathrooms and kitchens
Help to link up with allied health professionals to build capacity for independent living and community participation: such as:
Psychologist: to enhance emotional regulation, to enhance motivation, to enhance development of social skills at different stages of life and different social context,
Speech pathologist: to identify barriers faced with speech, and to receive training to enhance and improve linguistic skills, verbal and non-verbal communication,
Occupational Therapist: to assess functional capacity, to provide training to enhance / better manage sensory issues, to enhance gross and fine motor skills development, to varies develop life skills
Develop the skills and knowledge that direct them to live an independent life eg learning how to cook, budget or use public transport
Increased social and community involvement
access community programmes, such as peer support, fitness groups, and respite care
Better life choices
organisational, managerial, and financial skill development
Better health and wellbeing
